How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 24–48 hours and reach most Indian pin codes in 3–6 working days. Made-to-measure sherwanis and bridal lehengas take 12–18 days.
Do you offer stitching and alterations?
Yes. Share your measurements at checkout, or send them to us on WhatsApp and our master tailor will confirm the fit before we cut the fabric.
What is your return policy?
Unworn, untagged pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom-stitched and made-to-measure orders are exchange-only.
Is cash on delivery available?
COD is available on orders up to ₹10,000 across serviceable pin codes. Higher-value and made-to-measure orders are prepaid.
How do I care for zari and silk?
Dry-clean only. Store silks folded in muslin, away from direct light, and refold along a different line every few months so the zari does not crease.
