Artisanal Nature of Ethnic Wear: Many of our products feature traditional Indian weaves, hand-embroidery, zari work, sequins, hand-block printing, and delicate embellishments. Subtle irregularities in weave, print alignment, or color shading are natural characteristics of handloom and handcrafted ethnic garments and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, the exact color you see depends on your monitor, device display settings, and lighting conditions during photography. We cannot guarantee that your display will depict the exact shade of the fabric.

Custom Sizing & Tailoring: If you submit custom measurements for blouses, lehenga cholis, salwar suits, or fall/pico work, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the measurements provided. Custom-stitched garments cannot be returned or canceled once tailoring has commenced.

3. Multi-Currency Pricing & Payments

Multi-Currency Display: Our website provides multi-currency conversion for international shoppers. Currency conversions are calculated based on real-time exchange rates.

Final Settlement: While you may browse and checkout in your local currency, minor variances may occur depending on your card issuer or bank’s foreign exchange settlement policies and transaction fees.
